Delete Your Account

YOU WILL NEVER WIN provides both an in-app deletion option and an external way to request account deletion.

Fastest method — delete in the app

Open Player Profile → Delete Account, review the warning, reauthenticate with your password, and confirm deletion.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email youwillneverwingame@gmail.com from the email address associated with your game account.

Use the subject YOU WILL NEVER WIN — Account Deletion Request. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before processing the request.

Request account deletion

What deletion removes

your Firebase game account;
cloud progression and game statistics;
unlocks, titles, soundtrack rewards, preferences, and challenge progress;
player-profile information associated with the account; and
Creator's Trial evidence associated with the account.

Deletion is permanent. Deleted progression and account data cannot be restored through the game.

Local device data

Deleting the account removes associated server-side account and cloud-game data. Any data stored only on a device can also be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game.

Service-provider retention

After deletion from active systems, limited copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backup, security, or abuse-prevention systems in accordance with applicable law and the service provider's retention practices.
