Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to YOU WILL NEVER WIN, the Android game published by Lucid Business Enterprises LLC ("Lucid," "we," "us," or "our"). Questions about this policy or player data may be sent to youwillneverwingame@gmail.com.

2. Information the game uses

The game uses information needed to create and operate player accounts, preserve progression, provide game features, and protect the integrity of the Creator's Trial.

• Account information: email address, Firebase account identifier, verification status, and player name.
• Game and progression information: settings, statistics, challenges, unlocks, titles, selected cosmetics, soundtrack preferences, and related save data.
• Creator's Trial evidence: qualifying-match information such as scores, score progression, match statistics, build/version information, trial evidence identifiers, timestamps, and review status.
• Technical authentication information: Firebase Authentication may process IP addresses, user-agent information, and related security metadata to authenticate users and prevent abuse.

We do not use the game to collect Social Security numbers, banking information, W-9 forms, or payment-card information for the Creator's Trial. If a player becomes eligible for a separate paid Creator Contract, any contract or tax documentation is handled separately from the game.

3. Why we use this information

• create, authenticate, verify, and manage player accounts;
• save and restore game progression and preferences;
• operate challenges, unlocks, statistics, and player-facing features;
• verify Creator's Trial submissions and investigate suspected cheating, manipulation, or invalid evidence;
• provide support and respond to account or deletion requests; and
• protect the security and integrity of the game and its services.

4. Service providers

We use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to provide account authentication and cloud data storage. Google processes information on our behalf as a service provider under its applicable Firebase and Google Cloud terms.

Firebase services use encrypted network connections, and Firebase states that Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication encrypt supported data at rest.

5. Selling and sharing

We do not sell player personal information. We disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, or support the game, or when required by law.

6. Data retention

Account and cloud-game data are retained while an account is active or while reasonably needed to provide the game. Creator's Trial evidence is retained while associated with the account and needed for verification or administration of the trial.

When an account-deletion request is completed, we delete the account and associated game data from our active Firebase records, including associated Creator's Trial evidence. Service-provider backup or security systems may retain limited information for a period after deletion in accordance with their own retention practices and applicable law.

7. Account and data deletion

Players can initiate deletion from within the game through Player Profile → Delete Account. An external deletion request can also be made through our Account & Data Deletion page.

Deletion is permanent and includes the Firebase account, cloud progression and statistics, unlocks and preferences, challenge data, and Creator's Trial evidence associated with that account. Data stored only on a device can also be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game.

8. Security

We use authentication, Firestore Security Rules, access controls, and encrypted connections provided by our service providers to protect player information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's privacy

The paid Creator Contract opportunity is limited to eligible adults age 18 or older. This policy does not represent the game as a service directed specifically to children. The final store age targeting and content-rating settings must remain consistent with the game's actual audience and Google Play declarations.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game's features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
